Want to see what Parkside Gym is all about before committing to a membership?
Try our 2 Week Trial Package, this allows you to attend up to 10 Metcon and/or CrossFit classes, with no ongoing commitment.
For anyone new to CrossFit we recommend our Metcon classes, which includes lighter weights and less technical skill elements, and where the Coach will explain class structure and introduce some basic CrossFit movements.
If you’ve trained in a CrossFit gym before, jump straight into our CrossFit classes.
For those looking to trial our post-natal MumFit class we offer a ‘newbie’ single class option.
