New To Parkside

Want to see what Parkside Gym is all about before committing to a membership?

Drop-in to one of our CrossFit or Metcon classes with our half price trial class option.

For anyone new to CrossFit we recommend our Metcon classes, which includes lighter weights and less technical skill elements, and where the Coach will explain class structure and introduce some basic CrossFit movements.

If you’ve trained in a CrossFit gym before, jump straight into our CrossFit classes.

For those looking to trial our post-natal MumFit class we offer a ‘newbie’ single class option.
