BUILD BACK THE FOUNDATIONS OF FITNESS 

With each class, you can expect focused core-rehab and breath connection, followed by a strength and cardio based workout which will teach you to move well in those daily “ motherhood movement patterns” more commonly known as hinging, squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, etc. In all of this there are modifications to make it easier or harder depending on where you are in your postnatal journey.

Tailored to be suitable for all postnatal mothers who are 6 weeks or more post-natal (10 weeks for caesarean) to anytime thereafter providing you have minimal abdominal separation/diastasis recti, you have been signed off by your GP/pelvic health physio and last but not least, that you feel ready to get moving again. Please note that 6- and 10-week time frames are there for guidance rather than being a magic number where you are automatically ready to return to exercise. It is also never too late to get back on track even of you are well beyond this time frame.

Classes are on a Monday and Friday at 10:30am during term time.

Little ones up to 1 year old welcome.

Fully airconditioned studio.

Meet The Coaches

Joey

Joey is a mum of 3 boys and has been on the journey of pregnancy, birth and return to exercise 3 times which leaves her with a good understanding of what motherhood throws at you. She absolutely loves to encourage others to move well and progress in their own fitness journeys.

Enthusiast of all things fitness both indoors and out, Joey has rowed at international level, completed triathlons, marathons, and for the last 10 years has consistently (but not obsessively) been doing Crossfit to keep fit and strong.

Qualifications include a degree in Human Movement Studies, Crossfit Level 1 and Burrell Education Advanced Post Natal Wellness Practitioner Level 2.

Charlotte

Charlotte is a level 3 qualified personal trainer and fitness coach. Predominantly working with women to help increase confidence, strength and vigour, all whilst building a positive relationship with exercise.

Charlotte splits her time between coaching our Metcon classes, KidsCrossfit and nannying – bringing an enthusiastic buzz to all classes whether she is coaching or training.
